    Remember, #'s 501-750, the first email verifies what you currently have on order and your account information. It also gives you the opportunity to switch and add accessories (along with accessory recommendations). You will also get notice when the second email will be sent with your updated order totals (about a week later). As soon as that second email blasts, we will begin processing orders for people in this delivery batch who have paid in full for their order. Remember, processing time for orders is approximately 3-5 days.

    What if I don't want to switch or add accessories, and I have already paid in full?

    Do I still have to wait 1 week + 3-5 days before shipment?

    I can't hardly wait another day. much less 2 weeks!

    The second email date is the date we start shipping that batch. So, if you are all set, yours will be one of the first we process after that email blasts.

    Just got my Red e-mail on the Delivery Policy laying the process out for me. Thanks Bomb Squad! I am ready!

    I saw the sender and was ready to jump the gun... great fake out!:)

    Hi Brent,

    Will the first email give wire transfer details AND instructions on how to make a card payment, or do we have to call RED Customer Service Department for this information, if we want to act fast?

    I've got the RED BOMB SQUAD email.

    Very good.

    I feel like a pregnant opera diva :) .

    But don't worry I will sing here at the forum as long as my doctors say it is fine :) .

    Also I will pay all my duties.
