Premiere Pro CS6 - Cannot access source settings - PC

Hi - does anyone else have source settings greyed-out in Premiere CS6 ? I am using the latest update and also RCX.
When I select Clip menu on a source clip - source settings are greyed-out. Worked fine in 5.5.
I'm using Windows 7.

Marc, Are you selecting the clip (highlighting it) first and then going to the clip menue?

Hi George - yes I am... its quite bizarre...

Marc, Is the project window active (highlighted) when you access the clip menu? It needs to be.

Also, can you right click / option click on the clip in the Project Window?
