I like to do do my own lens maintenance on my Zeiss lenses, they have little manuals on the exact tools you need, the torgue per bolt ... and how to's on lens back focus. Some how I find it relaxing as well as I think it's good to understand my tools in depth.

I like to have a single mount backfocus (to my zeiss glass), and want to do the backfocus adjustments on the RPP rather then the epic/scarlet pl mount (this way I can switch between lenses quickly and have all my focus points lined up). Really I use my remote electronic focus most of the time which it stores the physical focus points in my ipad, so I don't actually use the physical focus mark points.

Anyway, are there any RED written maintenance guides for RPP ? I looked around, googled it and didn't come up with anything, also I hate sending my lenses out ( lmao ... i also cut my own hair). I saw some threads ... but they aren't as clear as what I have for my zeiss glass (plus the zeiss manuals I know the torgue settings and tools have been validated by the manufacturer). I looked through the camera operations guide, the red focus and eos mount manuals ... they were not much help in doing lens maintenance.

I guess this is a request for a RPP lens maintenance pdf ? Anyone else care ? Did i miss something obvious? I have a couple of RPP's now, and they need a bit of loving care.

Examples of manuals I really like(the compact primes I think are the best for casual maintenance, with easy manuals and kits ... ):

If I have to ... whom are certified service locations of RPP (i.e. I know abelcine is certified for zeiss, but i don't see rpp's listed there), does RED do standard lens servicing?
