When white balancing the monitor and view finder does not show the change in color balance and also the exposure in camera does not match the final look in the computer monitor... in other words on set the ... the exposure is very diffrent than that on set. exposure seem perfect, but when the footage was ingested via FCP, ... the exposure is very diffrent than that on set. Any help would be appreciated!

If you are monitoring RAW in camera, then white balance will affect how your files look in postproduction but won't be seen on the camera recordings. You need to switch your monitoring to REDcolor.

    Video Menu Button>A/V Menu>View - Select REDcolor

If you are monitoring RAW, then you won't be seeing what the Metadata settings are doing. If your images in FCP looking wrong, then adjust your ISO/Color settings for your RED files in REDcine-X Pro. Or you may be able to adjust ISO/color during ingest into FCP - can't remember offhand if that is possible in FCP.

Do a search with Google on the Reduser.net site for Red One exposure/metadata for more information.
