  1. #1 I called Adobe yesterday
I had a problem that i can not solve :
From Premiere CS6 to AME the link was broken. AME open when a rendering queue is created in Premiere, but nothing on the AME list. I deinstalled/reinstalled everything with the same result. So, I went to the Adobe support website and filled the form. As it say I would get a response in 3 days, i tried the phone support.

    And you know what ?

They answered me AND solved the problem in a few minutes...And the day after, I get a call from Adobe about this problem because i filled the form !

It seems that this Editor is really listening to his customers. It should be just "normal" but it is not in reel life. Is it an effect of the Red spirit ? All the ways, thank you Adobe !

    That's refreshing to hear.

It took them almost a month to fix the Speedgrade's flicker on render problem, but they did fix it. For now, all is right in AdobeLand.

Wow - compare that experience to Apple (the folks who brought us FCP-X), where if the tech knows you are infected with malware, he can't tell you due to orders from the powers that be as that might tamper with their 'image' that Macs don't have security issues.

Kuddos to Adobe, I made the right choice in moving to CS6 Win7.

BTW - Kaspersky (who discovered Flame) is quoted as saying that Mac security is 10 years behind Microsoft.
