So I figured out out to get my timeline out of FCP and into RCX to generate 4k Prores. But the XML file it creates just doesn't seem to work for me. Yeah I can go in and manually relink my clips but it's a bit annoying. Any thoughts? I keep getting the message that the clips are unable to be imported or something along those lines.

    My workflow has been...

RCX to make 1080p Prores LT proxies

    Edit in FCP

    Export XML

    Import XML to RCX

Export timeline as individual clips, 4k Prores 4444 with XML

Now importing that XML gives errors.

    I'm using my 4k Prores in a 1080p sequence for FX/Reframing work.
Shoot for the Impossible...Then do it.

I'm having the same problem with the same workflow. Can anyone confirm if this workflow works or if everyone gets the error message? On my most recent project, I can't even manually relink the files so I'm trying to export "Timeline (all clips)" and I'll have to cut it up in final cut for any FX. I don't know what's wrong.
