Will Redcine be updated soon to support the scaling for the Retina MBP? Would be very useful working with high res clips.

It's definitely high on our list of things to support. We're still waiting for our Retina MBP to arrive, though.
http://www.macrumors.com/2012/06/21/...00-resolution/While Apple's new Retina MacBook Pro includes a display measuring 2880x1800 pixels, the default display options do not allow users to run their systems at that full resolution. Instead, the extra pixels are used to display a higher level of detail on a canvas representing the previous 1440x900 resolution. But users who wish to use a desktop with effective resolution higher than 1440x900 can still do so, as System Preferences offers several different options ranging up to 1920x1200.
So with the new MBP retina Display, i had assumed i had the NVDIA 650m graphics card AND was about to download CUDA 4.2, BUT after looking at the specs inside my MBP retina under Video Card (within "about this mac")....it shows me the following:
Intel HD Graphics 4000
AND
NVDIA GeForce GT650m
....So, do i then have ability to use CUDA and therefore go and download Cuda drivers from NVIDIA site?
....anyone else doing this?
4.2 is an old version of the CUDA driver. Latest is 5.0.24.
Hello,
Just got the MacBook Pro 2.7GHz with 16GB RAM/750GB SSD Retina Display. Running it with Sonnet Echo Express Pro. I found a couple of glitches with RCX Pro beta 16.
When I install the Mountain Lion update, then clips wouldn't display nor play with RR decoding on. By turing the RR decode off then it is fine. The I go back to the original install without the Mountain Lion update, then it works fine. This might be happening with FCP 3 installer installed (I suspect this because when I tested with my friend's 2.6GHz MBP, RR worked fine with all of the updates).
Can RED team look into this?
By the way, the speed of the the Retina MBP is amazing. With RR, it transcodes to 1080p/QT422HQ in realtime (which means 1 minute footage is converted in 1 minute).
