That's not what I said, and if you understand English you know it. I said, "This is as you know .... reduser.net .... so you might not find many knowledgeable F65 users here.". I then asked where one might better conduct this discussion. Someone answered "Cinematography.com". I also presented the .pdf for the F65 manual. All this was done to help aid the OP in his quest. I showed him how to get better answers, faster, for his question.

We all love RED but many of us use other cameras too, it's how we make a living. I think it simply comes down to this. Buy/rent what you love. Embrace and get the most of whatever camera is put in front of you when you don't have a choice, and keep an open mind throughout it all. This leads to healthier discussions, interesting discoveries, and a closer cinematography community. By embracing these tools for their strengths, we can expand the creative potentials.

I must say, the Red is a great camera if you're on a budget or need 48 or them, but I'd take an f65 over it any day. The rotating shutter kills almost all rolling shutter artifacts, It balances a lot better on a Steadicam, and it doesn't crash! Every time I've used a red, there's been some sort of firmware problem. I've never had any issues with an Alexa and I'm sure the F65 won't have any problems.
I'm sorry, but you get what you pay for.

It depends what you really need.

For me EPIC HDRx alone kills all other competition by long shot even if price is not a factor.

Shutter speed was never a problem.

    Add modularity and upgradability.

Stay away from beta firmware if you don’t know how to handle hot girls.

And it is what makes this camera interesting, you can actually have an input to the creation of it.
This camera is made for its users, the other cameras attract users made for the camera.
