Need a shot of a generic police officer yelling towards camera in a medium close up, as if he noticed a crime happening. Blurry urban background would be best, but if its out of focus, anything will do. Slomo would be awesome.

OR

A very graphic, plate of police lights flashing in ECU.

Need it for a opening intro for a doc about graffitti artists, and one of them gets "caught" in the act and runs off. need a shot to reference the police, some how.
