  1. #1 25 fps at 3K in HDRX missing in latest firmware?
cause i'm pretty sure i had that feature before 3.2.16....

is it only me? anyone else noticed?

I loved HDRX at 3K, was just starting to get used to it

the local summer light is harsh...

and shooting 24p is not an option

a bug? a mistake in the firmware? or gone forever?

Never noticed it before but the max frame rate at 3K is 48fps. Which would make the max frame rate at 3K with HDR, 24fps.

I'm keen for 3K 25p HDRX too as I live in PAL-land but as far as I know it hasn't arrived yet. I'd be keen to know if you discovered it in a previous build.

Has never existed until now, but as a European user I still hope they can squeeze this out of the electronics…

My Red is called Vertov after a Russian avantgarde filmmaker, a pioneer in modern cinematography, a true revolutionary who later suffered under Stalin's bureaucracy.

of course they can. but i'm pretty sure they won't. The Bitrate is exactly halved of that of the EPIC which seems volountarily, not technical.

I'm also still hoping to see 25fps HDRx at 3K as that was the official specification when I bought my camera. And if not at 3K then at the very least at 3K HD or 2.5K.

50p @3K would be awesome and 25K HDRx would be outstanding, bit of a dream though I think :(
