Just saw these listed on eBay and wondered if anyone had experience with or advice?

I would have more faith with this company as they have already approved one RED lens mount. http://cinemods.com/
I wouldn't trust any mounts that RED doesn't make or haven't approved of. You'll void your warranty.
I had one of his m4/3 to PL mounts and it was pretty good.
If those are not supported by RED and they end up damaging your camera, you'd have to foot the repair bill yourself.
I would think very hard on whether this was a smart way of saving money. And then I'd think some more...
I used ciecio7's mounts (PL & OCT-19) on Panny M4/3's. Fine for the job and the kit used (AF's and GH's).
However, RED's PL mount on the Epic/Scarlet is in a league of it's own. So, as others have said, RED's approved/supported mounts will at least be a safer bet.
Maybe ciecio7 could try for RED approval?
Until then, I'm looking at the Allstar as an interesting alternative (I like teh idea of interchangeable mounts) - it's RED approved.
Until then, sticking with my trusty PL :)
The seller states in his auction that the mount is RED approved - can anyone from RED verify this?

In all honesty, anyone who is seriously considering getting an Aluminum PL mount for their Epic/Scarlet should rethink otherwise.
You'll be very limited as to how heavy of a lens you can strain on that mount because as we all know, good PL glass is heavy. Also, Titanium won't flex nor will it contract or expand depending on the temperature. Last thing you want is a lens not fitting on your mount. And say in the future you want to use PL mounts with some sort of meta data system or /i technology like Cooke has, you won't get the benefits.
I've met a couple of early Epic operators that were severely pissed when RED came out with their Epic-M and came with the aluminum PL mount. There were alot of fitting and flexing issues with cinema glass. There's a reason why RED only sells a Titanium PL mount now, they've learned well.
Save up your money and get something that'll last forever.
The RED One had aluminum PL mount on it and in the 7000+ cameras that were sold not one flexed or failed AFAIK. Otherwise RED would not make them that way.
You want to have the "Ti" moniker part of your gear list?- fine, but it hasn't got much to do with the engineering.
Yes I'm very familiar with tensional strength , thermal expansion coefficients of all these materials, etc, etc,- it's my job.
