I did a bank transfer from India about 19k$....seeing his website And his numerous post as also he was red sponsor
......I trusted he would deliver..... Being here its difficult to take legal action .

I think you guys should find a way to finance a joint lawsuit together. You could split the costs and get the same outcome. It would benefit everyone involved. Is this possible is my only question, since I'm not that much into law knowledge. Good luck to all.

Torrey doesn't have the advantage of too big to fail so this is what happens when big dreams hit reality. But it may be a good sign that he feels the personal attacks -- the sign of a man burdened with guilt and a sense of responsibility too much to bear.

Of course we don't know that. And silence leaves a vacuum that sucks the benefit of the doubt into a black hole of ripped-off resentment.

Torrey, if you are a good guy trying to make things right, the obvious thing to do is to communicate with those who were stiffed. It's not easy. But once you do it (if you are really the good guy who wants to make things right), you will be lifting a burden, not only from those wronged, but even more from yourself.

I suspect there are some other examples of those who tried to ride the Red wave and fell off, who generated massive threads of disenchantment, who would say the same thing. In the end, it's better to come clean. It is very comforting to know you're not dealing with a sociopath.

Hope you guys can clear things up. He's always been kind to me when I called in, and I often spoke with his Mom first, who worked at Silverado too. Certainly, misunderstandings can be worked out and debts can be repaid. I hope Torrey does you right.
