Doesnt hurt to send a support ticket with a log file to see if we can trouble shoot based on the information from the camera.

Side handle still not working, anyone else having this problem? RED wants me to send my SH in, anyone had any luck getting it to work without sending it in??

One of my SHs stopped powering up using a Redvolt. I was doing a take and it just lost power. Put the camera on AC power and the SH worked fine, other than powering the camera with a Redvolt. Tried it on a second camera and the same thing. My other SH worked fine with Redvolts on both cameras. Filed a ticket, sent a log file, then the SH. Just received it back a few days ago and it works fine.
