  1. #1 3d workflow help
    Hi everyone,
Just need to know how you guys do your workflow with stereo footage...
Im planning to do a short stereo clip maybe 30 second to a minute long.
I was planning to use redcinex and premiere cs6,
ive manage to learn how to use redcinex with the 3d files, but I cant figure how to send my 3d shot to premiere... Is it actualy possible ?
or does premiere have a way to play with the convergence and everything like redcinex does ?
I know the link with none stereo files with premiere and redcinex is awesome, keeps the raw data and everything, Id like to be able to do the same with my stereo shot...
I've tried speed grade too, i saw u can play with stereo files ... would it be the answer ?

How do you guys do it ?!?

Thank you very much for ur time
    felix

I am curious how you used RedcineX Pro with the 3D files? For FCPX you export transcoded PRORES files to a folder on your desktop and then import those files into FCP. I imagine CS6 is similar.

Well with redcinex pro you can, choose left right eye, create 3d file, then play with the crop factor and convergence etc
but its just the next step I need help with, If I want to keep the raw data clear for the editing...
Id like to be able to play with convergence once again while editing and everything...
The 3d files redcinex create is not usable with premiere as what I understand, or I might be missing some thing there...
I tried the rd3 trim export, but it doesnt work with 3d files...
