    No - A_mounts are approved. A lens mount that did damage to the camera would void the warranty in terms of that specific damage. Warranty limitations beyond that are not really enforceable - consumer law in any Western country puts restrictions on what can void your warranty. An extreme example would be: "If you use your Epic to film this list of people we don't like you void your warranty." This would be ludicrous, of course, but between that and "If you submerge your Epic in water it is no longer under warranty" there are shade of grey in between, and a producer of goods must comply with consumer laws in all countries he sells to. These laws pretty much follow common sense in most places. Where they don't follow common sense, it is most often in unreasonable favor of the consumer, not the producer.

    Not talking about the A mount, I'm talking about any non-approved PL mount.
