Mobile Rocket Firmware update problem

I need to update the firmware of my red rocket in my mobile red rocket and I keep on getting the following when I run the firmware upate in terminal

This upgrade is only for RED Rocket

ERROR: Could not open card, press 'Enter' to exit

If you have any applications using the RED Rocket please close them.
Check that the driver is loaded, if not load the driver.

What am I doing wrong? What should I be doing? I have updated the Red Rocket Driver already

i would try upgrading on a tower. terminal and the upgrade process might not be recognizing the external interface you have.
