Just got my quad bettery module and I am having a hard time seeing why so many people are selling them off at such a low price. While I am happy I got one for amazingly cheap, I real dig it and wonder why more people aren't keeping them.

If the RED volts gave 1 hour each of battery life then I would see it being useful. But you just can't beat the power of bricks. The best thing I see for the Quad Battery Module is that it makes the camera feel like a real camera again when it comes to size.

I love mine too, I think the reason why most people are getting rid of them is they are already too invested in other power solutions such as red bricks that using red volts doesn't really make much sense to them. I find it to be really convenient and I'm sure I'm going to love it so much more after they release power management firmware.

You're right; I love mine, too. And with RV XLs at 90 w/h, I can shoot well over an hour on each one. With the Quad charger, hot swapping makes my shooting time "infinite." :-)

The only thing that I hate about it is that there is no dtap but we will get power out with the new +1 module adapter.

I'm already invested in Bricks. The thing I hate about the Quad is the resale value :bang head: Maybe someday it will be a collectors item.....

Resale value is only important if you don't use it. :-)
