Green dot on Epic touch screen

During a shooting a green smudge appear on our Epic touch screen. To verify it was a screen problem I plugged in the old LCD from our Red m and no green smudge.
Somebody have an idea of what's wrong there? Don't tell me it's dead pixel, it's been just 3 months we are using it.
Edit: It can't be dead pixel as it's more a smudge than a dot.
Tried to take a photo of it, not certain it help.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
