fcp->color, Batch capture won't work, no proxies

Hi guys. I need to grade a RED project in Color. FCP project edited with prores. Reconform procedure described in white paper doesn't work as "Batch Capture" opens Log & Capture instead of Log & Transfer because transcodes weren't done using L&T. In-camera proxy generation was turned off, so the clipfinder workaround doesn't work either.

Where does that leave me?

What can I do?

Looking into the Cinema Tools method now, but Cinema Tools (I have 4.5.1 which I gather is the latest stable release) says 0 clips are imported when creating my database. Seems not to recognise R3Ds.
