weird strobe effect on transcoded dnxhd 175 10 bit

were taking 4k/3k from the scarlet and transcoding to dnxhd 175 10bit and were seeing weird strobe effects in clips. Anyone else getting any of this? Its not happening in camera, or in the original files as far as we can tell on set, the transcodes are being done else where so after it leaves me as the capture tech I am not sure where the problem starts. Thanks!

Do you have the r3d clip available? Is it a frame by frame issue, or is it a scrolling strobe effect? Do you have a screenshot of the strobe effect?

I will try to get a sample up as soon as possible, both stills and video if I can manage it. I need to talk to the post guys as far as that goes, since my end doesn't do the transcodes I am not seeing the problem there, just hearing about it from them.
