The record indicator turns yellow then the camera locks up.

Ever happen to you? On a shoot ant help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried a different mag?

Seem to remember something similar with a 98% mag and an overcrank shot... I presumed there wasn't enough space to buffer (was only using a 64gb ssd at the time as I was testing).

    Hi Timur,

I would power down then power up then do a system restore (under settings> maintenance > restore) if your still having trouble try to reinstall firmware. You can also contact support.

I've had the same issue from time to time. No idea what causes it, but a shutdown usually solves it.

I have also had this problem. Do you have your half-press record button assigned to AF with a non AF compatible lens attached? I've been able to replicate this problem by operating under those circumstances. It seems (well scarlet at least) to want to AF but obviously it can't and kind of gets stuck without knowing what to do.

That must be the solution. The yellow tally frozen issue hit me several times a day while switching between AF and non AF lenses.
So glad I have a clue what it is now!
