Select SENSOR then VARISPEED.
Enable VARISPEED via the check box. Use FRAMERATE to select the recording frame rate.
Playback frame rate wil be at the PROJECT FRAME RATE....
You may need to drop the PROJECT resolution if you are over cranking as it will not go faster than 30 fps at 4K resolution.
Thanks Stuart!
Stuart, what GPIO device do you suggest for cases when I want to do ON EVENT ramp ?
Question. Although you up the speed in varispeed would it still write in 24-60 frame space? by this i mean i tried upping the speed to 100fps but it was still written in 25 fps?

The frames of the clip are "written" at the varispeed rate that you have set.
The project setting for "time base" indicate the rate at which the clip is expected to play back.
If the time base is 24 fps, and you record at 48 fps, it plays back at half speed.
If you record at 12 fps it plays back twice as fast.
If the time base is 48 fps, and you record at 48fps it plays back at normal speed.
ROGER THAT.
