    Start with the Tokina. It gives you more creative options. You'll definitely miss the wider end of this lens vs the Leica. The Leica is superior optically, no doubt, but the Tokina is a very good and sharp wide angle lens. I would personally have no doubt, if having to choose, to go with the Tokina. If you can have both, though... :)

    The Tokina is VERY wide. 19mm is pretty close to 18mm which is my standard 'wide' on S35mm and the focal length I'd tend to reach for when I need a wide-angle. However when you haven't got space to fit everything into your shot, you need the wider lens, and that's where the Tokina comes in handy.

    I'd base the decision on how wide you generally need to get.
