So going 7 months strong, very well tooken care of and all of a sudden on set my monitor fails. As you can see from the pics below. Banding, white screen, bad flickering when any menu idem is up. Tried changing cables, changing firmwares, nothing. Had to make some calls to get a replacement to set. First time this client worked with the RED, and this did not make the client happy at all. Me getting a replacement to location in a hour, kind of made up for it though. So my question is, how did this happen? My gear is always in top notch, well maintained. Why? I overnighted it to RED today during lunch, and I just hope the warranty covers it cause I don't have the time to deal with insurance right now and need this back ASAP.
