Best baseplate for Epic??

I was wondering what everyone was using for their baseplate (bridge plate) on their Epics and Scarlets?
I have both an ARRI BP-7 and an ET baseplate (15mm).
But both seem very LONG when the camera is bolted on....surely there is a smaller/shorter baseplate that matches the smaller size of these cameras.
What are you guys using?
Any advice?

The DSMC quick release platform pack from RED is an excellent system. Its the same footprint as an epic, is flexible in that you can change the bolt on (front/back) rod holders from 15/19mm if desired, and you can break off the camera without a screwdriver. I have mine in 19mm mode and an element technica dovetail, and its really a great system. If you need to totally remove the baseplate system, its a s fast as a traditional one piece baseplate, as you just unscrew the mounting plate from the base of the camera.

I bought this but had to return it as the rods were centered on the lens port, not offset Arri style...and all my accessories are Arri (mattebox, follow focus, lens support, etc).
I wish to heck they made this system in 15mm Arri offset!
I'd buy that in a second!

I actually ended up buying the least renowned of them all... Gini Rig's Hummer bridge plate. It was $199 including dovetail, so I thought WTF. I'll consider it an experiment.

I received it today. Looks solidly built. Not sure about the locking mechanism, do I have to lock it on both sides to be secure?

I can report back when I've given it some use, if this is a useable product. Until then, I'll recommend the more professional bridgeplates from x and Denz Präzisionsentwicklung.
