Scarlet (3.2.19) freezes when put into PLAYBACK

Prepping the camera for a commercial shoot tomorrow, and noticed that whenever I press the preview button on the touch screen, it locks the current image on the monitor and doesn't let me do anything.
I can cycle through the menus still, but nothing matters as the image on the screen is frozen.
I'm using 3.2.19.

Anyone else see this before?

Also wanted to add that it freezes when I hit the zoom toggle on the touch screen.

I am having the same issue on my Scarlet. Haven't been able to find a solution yet although sometimes it works but couldn't tell you why. Anyone find a solution?

Zoom toggle is working now, but not playback.

Have the same problem that the screen freezes when I touch the playback.
Try the v2.0.5 then playback works but later after upgrading again to v3.2.19. it freezes

Bump.

So I just installed 3.2.21 and Playback still doesn't work. It doesn't freeze the camera, but it doesn't work.

Also, I have an Olympus ME52W mic that I know a number of RU's plug into the front for a nice scratch audio mic. I bought one awhile back, didn't work...troubleshooted, seemed liek it might be the mic. So I bought a new one...still doesn't work.

I think something is up with my camera.

I just lost a rental because of this has there been a fix or do I need to downgrade?!?!

I am using 3.3.14 and having the same issue. The camera freezes when trying to playback. Any work around ? Any solutions ?
