Currently a few of my shorter Leica's lenses have difficulty using my Mattebox, and FF at the same time. I believe this would be the ideal fix. Does anyone know what they are called, or where I can purchase some of them?

I would look for stepup rings and get screw mount lens hoods.

Thank you, I emailed them asking what the outer diameter was. If it's 80mm, that is my solution. I'll post what they say

Another option might be these rubber hoods.

You have to be careful to get the right length hood so that you don't have vignetting issues on wider lenses. For my 24mm lens, I had to put a standard hood, while for the other focal lengths a telephoto hood was fine with no vignetting at 5K.

Here's a pic of what I did with my K35 set, notice the standard hood vs. the telephoto hood. This solution works great and allows me to use these small lenses with MB and FF.

Just find out your front thread size, and get some GOOD QUALITY hoods by B+W Tiffen or Heliopan (if you get cheap kinds, they could possibly mess up the threading on your lenses). Rubber hoods give you more flexibility with wide angle lenses... just do some research before buying the first thing you see.

All my lenses have the 80 mm front diameter, with 77mm threads from Duclos. I'd like to try to get everything to stay at 80mm fronts. It looks like that's what the lenses in the Picture I posted did, and their lenses seem to clear without vignetting. Ideally, I'd be able to make all of them the same length at the end.

Yousuf, are those 80mm fronts on your K35?

    Vladimir,
Did you go with the Leitax/EOS mounts for your lenses or did you buy the Leica R mount for Epic from Spacecam?

I have a nice set of R's coming shortly and am pretty stoked on it.
