Pet Peeve's with Makeup and Digital Cinema - any cheat sheets people have?

I might be overly fanatical on this, I hardly see anything decent things written on makeup for digital shoots, but here is my pet peeve list on makeup ... am I just being a jerk?

1) Lights used during makeup that are totally different then the shoot (i view this as the lighting and grip being lazy ... ). I freak on outside shots with makeup done on florescent lighting.
2) Random makeup on different people (i.e. it all isn't using the same chemical base, thus spikes occur on different actors as the makeup reflects to the sensor).
3) painted faces VS Matte clear primer (i.e. flat matte allows more data to be captured as it reduces high lights, painting the skin only removes information and should only occur when the actor looks like death)
4) makeup that makes female hair "pop up" and look like a white xmas tree
5) makeup kit's based on 1950 lighting spectrum charts (i.e. that absorb light in a way completely wrong for digital sensors and led lighting).

I also go spastic when people do crap makeup and blame the digital camera. I wish I had a simple "how to do makeup for digital cinema sheet", that I could pre-send on shoots. (lmao ... along with a sheet on double system recording)

Our company does a fair bit of beauty, so here's what we do:

We ask our MUAs to stay away from powder and use disposable blotting papers instead.
We aslo request a silicone based primer to be used sparingly on clean skin first to reduce pores and TEMPTU airbrush foundations be applied only where needed, leaving as much bare skin as possible.
Our MUAs are requested to keep all MAC StudioFix foundations at home before leaving for our shoots!
The hairy face issue is best dealt with my asking your MUA to avoid the areas that will grab the foundation and then use a clean puff in the direction of the hair growth to smooth and place the hairs as close to the skin as possible.
