Did anyone got any issue with the Epic/Scarlet 3.2.19 Release firmware?
I'm having many issues with the Epic/Scarlet camera bodies. Camera shutting down + hd signal lose, one scarlet crashed without any reasons.
Three different camera bodies, three different jobs (3.2.19 firmware) So far this firmware gives me lots of running around.

    Any solutions/suggestions???

I've got occasional freezing happening in playback (transport functions greyed out, cannot change clips) but cycling to record and back to playback fixes it. Seems to happen if I skip through clips too quickly.

Any 3rd party gizmos plugged into it in each scenario?
Has it ruined any footage? Or is this something that just randomly occurs and once re-booted goes away?
Keep me posted- hoping that it's nothing serious!
I do recall with the RED1 that if the camera was booted up with Clockit boxes attached, it would perform erratically, so perhaps there is something along those lines going on.
Maybe the thing to advise or try is nothing attached until powered up.......

Hi, we had separate power splitter boxes to power the accessories, I would like to use 3.3, but unfortunately can't use the beta firmware on a TV series (insurance purposes)
I just sent the Scarlet to RED for estimate and fix.

we updated our epic x camera with the latest firmware 3.3.14 and we have a problem of toggling into playback and preview. Whenever we press the playback button on the screen the frame gets frozen and it doesn't goes to playback . Do we have to update the firmware again ???
