I noted that the ASC just announced that John Schwartzman will be speaking at one of their "Breakfast Club" events on Wednesday, August 1, at the ASC Clubhouse in Hollywood.
The award-winning cinematographer will present clips of The Amazing Spider-Man, Armageddon, Meet the Fockers, Pearl Harbor, The Rookie and Seabiscuit, and discuss his creative approach. The screening and discussion will be followed by a Q&A from the audience.
Tickets are available now from TheASC.com. Attendance is limited, and I expect the event will sell out very quickly.
