What are some good wide-to-standard focal length zoom lenses with BNCR mount? Looking to add one to my set.

You see the cooke 20-100 and the 25-250 MKI and MKI lenses in BNCR fairly often.

I'd check the usual suspects. There was one on ebay for a while, gone now. Call the bigger rental houses in LA. They probably have some bncr zooms, or at least mounts kicking around in the back room. Try Clairmont Camera.

The rear mount on the Cooke 20-100 is changeable.

Ok got it - I will try to hunt one down. Thanks for the info.

I'm assuming the lens probably breathes a lot and focus is pretty soft?

Very little breatking on the 20-100, slightly soft wide open but very sharp as soon as stopped down. I have one however it's marked in meters so I doubt you will be interested, However I do have a BNCR mount to Cooke universal mount, which can be fitted to any PL one you find. Let me know if I can be of help.
