Where can I service my Sony UP-DR150 photo printer?

Hey, maybe someone here knows where I can service my Sony UP-DR150.

I've found this page, a couple of posts down there is contact info for Sony Representatives. I called the East Coast manager a couple of times, left a voicemail, but haven't heard back.

I need to get it serviced/maintained because it has started to print blurry/unsharp photos. In the past, the images were beautiful, but they've lost they're charm.

Any help would be really appreciated. I am in New York.

Start here...

Tell them you use it in your professional line of work...I think they can get you into the correct place. For the record, LA depot is awesome. They have same our firm on more than one occasion.

Awesome, thanks Jack. I'm gonna give them a call tomorrow. Looks like the Laredo, Texas location is where Photo Printers are serviced. I'll give the 866 number a call first to figure it all out.
