I have a fantastic, very clean Leica 70-180mm that has been Cine-modded by Duclos with a Leitax Canon mount.

Been shooting it with our EPICs and it's awesome. Very long focus throw, holds focus through the zoom, tack sharp, great contrast, color and bokeh.

Judging interest before I put it up for sale.

Sell price would be what I have into it - about $5,900.

Please let me know if you would be interested.

    Thanks!

OK, I've decided to part with it, so it is officially FOR SALE.

PM me if interested. It's a really sweet lens. I have two and really only need one.

I'm very interested, but I'd be putting it on an F3 - Do you have any thoughts about whether this lens can have a PL mount put on it?

Best person to talk to would be Matt Duclos. But it is my understanding that it would be costly to do.

Your best shot at mounting it on an F3 would probably be to use an Allstar Mount. It's about $600 for the mount and the F3 mount base, and another $190 for a Leica-R A-mount adapter. Would be much easier (and probably cheaper) than remounting as a PL, I'm pretty sure.
