Have you checked the possibility of using a package forwarder? I often use one for smaller items; saves a lot of money, and the import is cheaper too, as they do them in bulk.

LOL for a big juicy item like an Epic/Scarlet its $70 ...for a little top handle .....it's $70 dollars.
