Playback Control via RedMote

Anyone know if it possible to control playback with the RedMote? If so, please share how you do it.

Sure is. I set the D button to toggle between playback and preview modes. I also setup presets that automatically change all the button presets when toggling between those. Then you just asign a few of the different functions to the redmote buttons. Play/Pause, Change speed, toggle direction, previous & next clips to the rocker buttons.

Thanks Luke! I don't see the playback toggle option in the redmote setup but I'm guessing it has to do with my firmware build. I'm updating firmware this weekend so hopefully the option shows up. But thanks for letting me know it's possible.

If you go the key mapping dialog on the camera (Settings->Setup->Keys) you can remap any key (including those on the REDmote) to the "Playback/Preview: Toggle" action.
