    You're most welcome Gary.
In Europe it's sometimes easier to try the other brand names. Only "trade off" : the lens always sports a different ugly logo ;)

I think this is the list (and I guess vivitar is also easier to get in Europe)
    Samyang/Rokinon/Vivitar/Polar/Bower/Opteka/Falcon/Walimex

AbelCine sells the Rokinon lenses. I was rather impressed with the glass, particularly at the price. The cinevised versions work fairly well and are still an amazing deal at the price.

I just read Duclos' impressions; seems to be pretty much what I'm looking for -- a used 24, 35, 85 f1.4 set for essentially the price of one ZF/ZE is a pretty easy decision for low-light on a budget. Plus, with low-light (situations where you'd *need* to shoot at 1.4) the purple fringing would probably be the least of your problems.

I have a feeling the market will be flooded with the regular/stills versions when the Cine/Geared versions are released, so I'm going to try to wait until then.

You won't see my 35 and 85 on the market... I am going to have Matthew Duclos cinevized them!!

I am sickly in love with my 24 1.4.

I'd love to compare this to an EOS converted 24 1.4 FD L series.
