scorching hot few days in NY this week, and been shooting on location the entire time. rocket performance goes way down once it's the day get to peak temp. in a blackout tent and with an ac unit and system still running scorching hot.
wanted to suggest to RED if they decide to read this is a more robust cooling system for the rocket. larger heat sink and larger fan. it would allow more even heat dissipation at slower rotations. would keep the rocket from being so loud as well... and overall location shooting in summer time won't be as much of an issue with on set dailies.
