Now that we know that Dragon is going to be 30.7mm x 15.8mm

Anyone know or have the time to make a chart of which RPP/RPZ lenses will cover at the various 6k resolutions?

Would also love to know. As a matter of a fact, it seems like little lenses will cover the 6k sensor, correct? I wonder how people intend to work around this if that is the case, and which lenses will be able to cover that size (heard canon k35 will, not sure which other lenses will).

I mean, what is going to be the future with lenses? Sensors keep getting larger, and lenses such as superspeeds are already in danger... will sensors stop "growing"? Will lens manufacturers start new lines of lenses?

As I look to buy lenses, it seems like the whole "Spend money on a nice set, a good lens is good forever" is not so much the case anymore?

The Cp.2 should cover the dragon sensor - If I am not mistaken the Dragon isn't bigger than a full frame senor. The zf's work on full frame sensors with minimal vignetting so the cp's should be ok as well...

Still wish that the rpp's and zoom work as well.. Thinking of investing in battle tested red zoom.

The cp.2 might be low end for some but for some that are starting their pl collection might be very useful. The longer focal lenghts and the macro especially are nice lenses.

Hi Jarred! Do you have a list of the RPPs and RPZs lenses that will cover (or not) the 6k Dragon? Thanks!

As an Epic M-owner (PROUD) who uses Canon 35mm still glass every day, because I'm a corporate shooter, the Dragon will give me some more space. And what looks like more ISO grunt. I'm not too worried about the pixel-peeping on the limits of still glass, cause Down Under, we're still to see a 4k monitor. But Jim (thanks for signing Paris!) and Jarred, your business model bloody rocks.
