Great, so when the Red store will exist in Berlin, we'll be able to rename Red Europe to Red London ;-)

Is Red USA located in Canada ?

    Just kidding...

Not only for Germans, for all Europeans it's gonna be easier, and cheaper, if they convert prices directly from the dollar bypassing the pound.

We will handle the shipping back to the US and the return journey.
Any and all support requirements for EU based customers can be handled by RED Europe.

Not quite Kristin - as explained many times before - each item must have freight, insurance and import duty added to it's price.
Import duty varies between products so you can't have a fixed calculation.

We plan to have all RED products available priced in Euros from both RED Europe and the new German office.

Alan, all this sound really good! :)

Does that apply to the RED ONE M-X upgrade, also? I've been quite reluctant to do the upgrade because of the customs nightmare...

You can certainly ship via RED Europe Jordi.
Make your arrangements direct with the MX Upgrade team in the US and they will let you have instructions for shipping back though the UK.

Fantastic! Hope they'll be able to both shim the RPP's and do upgrades there. Would be nice.

    Thanks a lot, Alan!

It's really nice to know. My life has made a big improvement in quality since working with you guys in RED EUROPE! :) Before that, everything was a little nightmarish!
