  1. #1 Audi/Ducati on Pikes Peak - an EPIC weekend!
I don't share a lot of work, mostly because I can't, due to permissions - but here is something I worked on a couple of weeks ago. It's a social marketing campaign for the Audi/Ducati merger, so the producer actually wants us to share it....and redusers tend to like these adrenaline shoots...

Shot on a pair of EPICs, 7 GoPros, a 7D, and Cineflex -

FANTASTIC EDIT! I love that trailer intro! And of course...GREAT SHOTS! The helicopter stuff is SICK.

I have to say...I even thought the GoPro's didn't look half bad....esp those OTS of the rider, and the POV shots on front of the bike...totally cool.

Loved it. Very nice, although I think the biker could have gone a bit faster on a Yamaha ;-)

Nicely done. Always nice to have a helicopter. :-) Graphics were simple, but very cool.

Thanks for the referral, JB, it was a pretty challenging shoot...the road up the peak is 12 miles long, so we had massive coverage. Kevin Andrews operated the steadicam which was great because we finally had an excuse to work together, and it was a pleasure.

Greg Tracy, the bike driver, took 2nd place in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb the following week. It was pretty crazy watching the stunt drivers. I drive mountain switchbacks all the time and have a pretty good perspective on what it means to ride these roads at these speeds. The heli support guy said that their operators frequently get dropped by the cars and have learned to navigate the mountain so they know where the can pick them up.
