    Dear Sirs,
after 3 weeks of shooting a feature film (and 3 weeks left) our Red Scarlet #0359 camera is showing a green vertical block on the left side of the screen, which takes 1/5th of the camera sensor. Camera shows the same malfunction when playback of a recorded image is shown. We have tried to do the black shading but after the first part of it, the process was stopped and the monitor showed that the calibration has failed. I was wondering if you could lead us through the rest of the process or tell was what would be the next thing to do in order for our camera to start working properly? Wa have already contacted Red (Id nr. #73042), but no response yet... Thank you in advance.

Support ticket at RED. Can't see much reason to start anywhere else. Maybe call in if you want to push things a little faster.
