As of last I checked, nope. Known bug. They may have addressed it in the latest firmware, but I haven't tried. If you haven't make sure your drivers and firmware are up to date. Sleep doesn't play nice with my external RAIDs and some other things on my Mac towers and that's why I haven't tried recently.
Sleep with the Rocket works fine on Windows... Not that it's any help here.
