Importing Media Composer 6 project into FCP7?

Hey, does anyone know if it's possible via either a converter, or via XML to import a Media Composer 6 project into Final Cut Pro 7? If it's possible via XML, what won't transfer correctly?

I used Automatic Duck ages ago when our shop converted from MC to FCP. It was a mess. Now AD is free,

try that and see what happens. i recall that cuts/dissolves and some efx transferred, but I had graphics and pngs with transparency over the videos, and they didn't always transfer. It kept a placeholder, which was nice, but it didn't relink to the media files.

Cant' hurt to give it a go for free. I don't have a MC system to try it out on anymore.
