I'm wondering where the best place is to give feedback on the version 9 beta? Here, on BMD's own forum, Creative Cow? Of course, that assuming BMD wants to hear my $0.02, LOL!

Peter C from BM hangs out here sometimes, so feel free to post here and directly to their team at davincihelp (at) blackmagicdesign (dot) com

I would say it's useful to post here as well because there are many people beta testing it and maybe some of your findings would be useful to the community.

Great! First question: I have a 25P project. Everywhere I possibly could I was changing the presets to 25p (psf), but if I go to the delivery tab I can only output 24p or 23,98. Is this a bug or a limitation of the Lite Version?
    Thanks,
    Marc

It's likely when you added the clips to the Media Pool that the conform frame rate was set to 24fps. On that basis the deliver page frame rate options will be 23.98 or 24.

Try setting the conform rate to 25fps prior to putting clips into the Media Pool and see if that gives the result you're looking for.

As for feedback, you can post here, on our new forum or directly at davincihelp (at) blackmagicdesign (dot) com

Great question. As far as I know, in V8, if you had started your session with the wrong frame rate, there is no way to change it, other than starting again from scratch. Haven't looked at it in V9. Hopefully it changed. I got burned with this once.
Also, why is the default at the start of the new session in auto save tab is set to OFF? Again, speaking from tragic personal experience of losing the whole session...

First off, thank you BM for offering such an amazing application!

I've noticed right off the bat in the PC version that window management is very odd. None of the standard minimize/resize/maximize and close buttons are in the upper right of the main window. And it seems like it is always pinned to the bottom of the screen. This makes resizing and repositioning rather challenging.

Hope that feedback can be helpful.

Thank you Peter. This did it. I found out, that I could not change it, because I didn´t scrolled down the page in the "Master project settings"until the bottom. I tried to change the "conform options" without scrolling down to the bottom( The way I can see it when I open the Master project tab), and it shows only 24 and 23,976, and not all the other options.

Yeah this is a problem. Please default to on.
