  2. #2 pl adapater 
    If you have arri std lens, this will convert it to PL it's a pretty common bracket. I have used similiar pieces on a set of zeiss primes and they worked exactly like factory PL mounts. They are mounted permanently on the lens.

    That unit will not work with a bayonet mount lens, and I tried one of those on my Red and could not, under any circumstances, get infinity focus. So, beware, your mileage may vary (and hopefully will).

    These adapters in particular seem to very wildly in tolerance. Some of them are not accurate enough in their depth to provide proper focus.
