REDalert won't work in 4K

Hello,

We are a renting company and we allready made 6 projects with our reds.
The only problem we have for the moment is that we cannot open a shoot in 4K with REDalert, every time the program shutdown.

We tried with 4 different MAC (MacBook Pro / Mac Pro), I tried the version 1.3.3 to the last one. The program works only when I'm working in 2K.

Did you have any informations who can help us ?

It's was probably 16:9. Try in Redcine and see.

I allready try and it's working, but if I don't have REDalert how can I export to apple prores for exemple ?
