    Stewart,

Be careful. There is lively discussion, and there is a personal attack. I can see Jarred's mouse finger getting twitchy.

Thanks for offering this ground for RED owners and fans alike. I am a curent SMPTE Hong Kong section manager, and a RED owner/1647, 1648. We alos have 2 set of Arri standard primes and accessaories to support filming work. Building a special rig for 3D stereoscopic work. 2K RED stereoscopic vision under Dolby Digital cinema mastering is available. Now we serve Asian Red filmmaker/users’ on their RED movie pojects to come.

I hope Build 16 will work out well, and we then could have a party. An Alternative RED user meeting..

I have 1647 and 1648, been serving the commerical field for the last 4 week, including major Hong Kong airline commercial filming work
We do DI post work, and record 20 full length Asian movies in a Months this year

I have a sample RED 35mm film clip made from mixed Asian producers and RED owners

We are all happy with the cinematic screening result..
If Jim wants a copy, I could send to you
Just give me your FedEX aacount..

I would like to see your view, too

I know this may be a wrong place to ask..
My question is how could I synce 2 REDs for 3D Stereoscopic work

I also have a Demo with 3D Stereo RED footage completed in Dolby Digital Cinema DCI's DCP 2K Jpeg2000 package for Digital cinema projection..

I am happy with RED, although still learning the tricks.

Talk to Howard Lukk @Disney ( Used SONY and Pace / Cameron Cameras ) or Komer in Germany who used Arri D20 to make Streoscopic 3D in some years ago.

Or Geoff@CML who used SI 2K and RED thast I met him @IDIFF in Paris early this year.

Jim ? He is so busy for his B16 though ! Steve will Help I think ...
