Workflow suggestions for FCP and RCX

Hi,

I must apologise in advance for my ignorance. I have a 4K R3D file a friend would like stabilised and I don't really know how to go about doing this.

I have downloaded RedCine-X and and also RocketCine-X, I put the clip into RocketCine-X and tried to export it but it never showed that anything was happening. I don't know how to use either of these programmes. Can someone please offer advice?
