Default Red superGrip?

Hey, does anybody knows what happened to this accesory? When itīs gonna be out if ever....
I tried to find it at red oficial store, and there`s no information of it. Also I have seen there are a couple of renthouses to "claim" to rent it with the red cam? Was it ever out? Or it was discontinued?

Thanks for the info.

Never released.

Be careful of what rental houses claim, call and talk to them or stop by to clarify what they actually have. I've encountered a few who obviously created their equipment lists as RED announces products, some don't even have their cameras yet, let alone the accessories to go with them.

The SuperGrip is lost in limbo somewhere, no one knows (except those at RED) when or if it will be released. Same thing with the RED motors and other bits and pieces that have been announced in the past.

Left/right handles with remote controls for record, event trigger, etc.

They have replaced it with the clapper version, I hear.

we've mentioned it a couple of times on the podcast now and it looks great.
