Default Worlds fastest 16GB CF card?

ADATA have supposedly launched the world's fastest 16G CF card. (Specs etc. through the link)

http://lifestyle.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=13988

Have ADATA ever sent any samples to RED for testing? Think this will work?
I know a lot of CF cards' published Read/Write speed is suspect at best...

What company do you work for? Or did you mea RED's 8GB CF card?

I have limited knowledge about the inner workings of CF cards but I thought that it was hard/expensive to sustain high write speeds with higher capacity cards, hence RED bringing out their custom 16GB models.

I will still use RED cards even if the cost is different.

I understand the image appeal as someone who ordered 2 t-shirts and a metal buzzsaw logo along with their camera.
However, if they're as fast and as reliable as the RED cards are but cheaper, then what reason would we have to limit our media options?
Still, we don't know ifthis will be fast enough in a real world scenario.

Well that's just the point isn't it? i.e there is a fundamental reason why we developed our own 16GB CF card.

I shoot photos with a Leica and trust me, I only use Leica certified cards. There is much more to CF technology then size, speed, etc... The size of infos transmitted and the hardware that sends those infos are not friendly with JUST any card... If Red releases a card, it is in my opinion for more important reasons than just making a buck on extra accessories sales... And you don't just pay for the Red logo on them, trust me... I'm not saying other cards won't work, I'm saying Red runs thorough and expensive test with cards in a way we can't and once they're certified, they just work 100%, always.
